These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Landlord Protection Scheme (LPS), operated by The Landlord Protection Scheme Ltd. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
LPS provides landlords with practical, ongoing tenancy support, including document preparation, reviewing correspondence, tenant communication, dispute management and general tenancy guidance.
Our aim is to provide landlords with a professional, accessible service and a reliable point of contact throughout tenancy-related matters.
A one-off onboarding fee of £99.99 applies, followed by a £24.99 monthly subscription.
Each additional property costs £20 per month.
Formal court and tribunal applications are charged separately at £199 per service, plus any applicable court or tribunal filing fees, payable by you.
All payments must remain up to date to maintain access to LPS membership services.
You must provide accurate information, including proof of identity, address, property ownership and tenancy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.
Once your registration is complete and your documents are verified (usually within 24 hours), you will have full protection.
LPS provides support only for landlords in England.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, we stop working on any open case. You may request a refund of your onboarding fee within 7 days of registration if no part of the service has been used. After 7 days, the onboarding fee will be non-refundable.
Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR. We only share your information as set out in our Privacy Policy, or where required by law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
