Your Property. Your Rights. Our Priority.

How Your Case Is Handled

With LPS, you have one point of contact from start to finish. You deal with LPS, and we deal with your solicitor for you, so you never have to chase anyone or repeat your story.

01
Step 1

You Contact LPS

Call or email us about your tenancy issue. A dedicated case handler takes your details and becomes your single point of contact.

02
Step 2

We Review and Prepare Your Case

We gather your tenancy agreement, evidence and correspondence, organise your case file and identify what legal input is needed.

03
Step 3

Your Solicitor Advises Through LPS

Where legal advice or formal legal work is needed, we pass your case to an independent, qualified housing solicitor. The solicitor advises on your case, and LPS passes their advice back to you.

04
Step 4

We Update You and Take Action

We explain the solicitor’s advice in plain English, keep you updated at every stage and coordinate the next steps with your agreement.

What LPS Does

We are your single point of contact. We manage your case file, communicate with your solicitor on your behalf, pass on their advice and keep you updated. LPS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

What Your Solicitor Does

Your solicitor is independent and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. They formally act for you, provide all legal advice and carry out any formal legal work. All communication with your solicitor goes through LPS.

One point of contact. No chasing. No repeating yourself.

Why We Work This Way

One Point of Contact

You only ever deal with LPS. No juggling calls and emails between different people.

Lower Costs

Routing communication through LPS keeps solicitor time focused on legal work, which keeps your membership affordable.

Clear Updates

We turn legal advice into plain English, so you always know where you stand and what happens next.

You Stay in Control

Nothing is done on your case without your agreement. If you have a concern about the legal advice or work on your case, please see our Complaints Policy.
