Please note that you do not need a solicitor or barrister to attend a County Court hearing. Many landlords represent themselves, and LPS will help you prepare your case, documents and evidence in advance. LPS does not provide representation at hearings.

If you would prefer legal representation, we can recommend suitably qualified solicitors who specialise in housing and property litigation. Any representation would be arranged directly with them, separately from LPS, under their own agreement and fees.
